I’ve always been a look-up-at-the-moon-and-stars kind of person. Thanks to technology, I’ve been able to marvel at the moon, stars, and planets on a regular basis. In fact, Mars (the planet, not my son 😉 ) can be spotted in my backyard without a telescope at about 5AM.
Like other interests close to my heart, I’ve shared this love of star gazing with my children. We take advantage of as many clear skies as possible. We set up the telescope and peer through it for hours; in awe of all that we see.
So… when Eden and I received a cosmic birthday cake request, we got inspired! We decided to make our own version of it, with a surprise twist! Check it out!
Eden smoothed the cake all by herself! And she did an amazing job! I’m so proud! “Houston, Eden the baker is here. This cake milestone has landed. You’re out of this world!” 🚀
